It’s been months since we picked up and moved to Frisco. We’ve spent these months at home. Working from home. Juggling the kids virtual academy and trying to find moments of normalcy in our daily lives. I’m not gonna lie. It’s been hard. Very hard! I am so ready for the kids to go back to school in the fall and hoping that things get better by then.

One thing this quarantine has brought me is creative vision. I have not shot a single newborn since last March. That’s a whole year! But I’ve taken time out to reflect on my creative process. My vision. I’ve tried honing my skill a bit through education in the field of newborn photography. Worked on perfecting my editing skills by editing and re editing my older sessions. More of which I’ll share in the near future. Because of this, I’m so eager to start shooting newborn sessions again.

Now looking back at sessions I shot over a year ago, and realizing how much I have and can improve, has ignited something in me. I can’t wait to start shooting again! I won’t be doing in studio photo sessions until the fall, when we move into our new home and I finally have a studio again. But till then, I’m focusing on family sessions, maternity and lifestyle newborn. If you’re interested in any of these sessions message me and we’ll talk more.

Here’s a photoshoot I did last year. Pre-covid. Look at this angel baby! I gasped out loud when his mom brought him in. The amount of hair on his head! So, so handsome 🙂 Baby Solomon was a wonderful little client. Such a sweet baby.
