All studio/posed newborn sessions are taken place in my home studio in Frisco, TX

Pricing is subject to change. Please pay your retainer in order to secure your session. 

50% retainer is to be paid at the time of booking. 8.25% TX sales tax will be applied to all packages!

WHAT TO EXPECT – Newborn clients!

Once you’re ready to book your Dallas newborn photography session with me I’ll be sending you my contract, and a questionnaire, to fill. The questionnaire is essential and will help in preparing for your newborn session. Based on your color choices and special requests, I’ll curate a beautifully styled session – just for your sweet little one. You’ll have full access to my props, hats, headbands and swaddles. I love incorporating florals and greenery in your pictures and can also provide with fresh flowers, upon request.

Securing your session

 Along with the contract and questionnaire, you’ll also be getting an invoice from me. A 50% deposit will have to be paid at the time of booking, in order to secure your spot on my schedule. I completely understand that childbirth is unpredictable and babies are rarely born on their due date. This is why I only take on a few limited clients a month, to make sure I’m flexible with my availability and we can pick a date within those first two weeks after baby arrives, that works for both of us. I’ll put you on my schedule, for your due date month, as soon as you have paid your deposit and signed your contract. If baby decides to arrive early, we’ll work together to pick a suitable date for the session. 

What if my baby is born early and has to spend time in the NICU? 

As a NICU mama to a 33 weeker, I completely understand how incredibly hard and emotionally draining it is to have a baby in the NICU. The last thing you should be worrying about is a photo shoot! I’ll work with you and check in often to see when baby is home and well. If baby was born very early, we’ll wait until we’re closer to their “due date” to book the session. If baby was born on time, but had to stay in the NICU for other health reasons, fear not! Newborns look just as cute at 6-8 weeks as they do at 2 weeks. Newborn sessions with older babies are totally doable, we might have to rely on swaddles or take a more “lifestyle” approach to their session. 

Baby is boss!

We all love those cute, adorable, naked baby poses. But sometimes, baby just won’t have it and that’s ok! Newborn photography is very baby led, we’ll try different poses and baby will certainly let us know what they like and what they don’t, forcing a baby into a pose is never a good idea. As your Dallas newborn photographer, I’ll try my very best to get the poses you absolutely love!

Can I bring props and outfits?

Absolutely! I do request you sending me an email with the props/outfits, you’re wanting to bring. I’ll be very honest though, unless it holds a sentimental significance, bringing props and expecting full setups around them will disrupt my own workflow. I have a collection of adorable props that photograph beautifully, as well as outfits and hats/headbands. 
Bringing along an outfit knitted by grandma, or a blanket with baby’s name is always welcomed! 🙂 

What happens after the session?

My turnaround time is typically 2.5 weeks. If you purchased a mini session, you’ll be receiving your images in an online gallery where you’ll be making your final picks. The mini session comes with 8 images. You can always upgrade to your entire gallery for $100 or $20 per extra image.

For my classic newborn clients and lifestyle newborn clients, the process is pretty much the same. You’ll receive your images in an online gallery, from where you can download directly. I’ll also be sharing previews and sneak peeks on instagram! 🙂
