Sunshine & Giggles – San Antonio Newborn Photographer
Here is a newborn session I shot a few years ago. Since I moved sites and hosts, I have decided to manually upload my old sessions to the blog.
I love looking back at older sessions and seeing how much I’ve grown as a photographer over the years. The session was shot in New Jersey, where we lived before moving to San Antonio TX, and I remember this sweet little boy being so good to me!
The shot with his gorgeous mama, would become a client favorite and I would always have moms requesting this specific pose for their own newborns sessions, and I really can’t blame them. It really is a flattering pose for a new mom and showcases her new baby in the cutest way.
I have, since moving to San Antonio, moved on to studio lights for a more consistent look in my images. I love how I don’t have to rely on the time of day or weather while I shoot and can literally shoot at any time of the day, rain or shine!
I have also since started shooting out of my own home. I have a setup in my 5th bedroom downstairs, close to the front door for easy access, and it has changed the way my work looks and my work flow tremendously. I know where everything is, and everything is ready before baby gets here. I don’t have to drag around a suitcase with all my things to clients homes anymore. And clients don’t have to worry about keeping their home presentable for me hah! I know how busy new parents get, so shooting out of my own home has been a huge blessing!
I’m looking forward to having more clients over and capturing more memories for my San Antonio new moms and dads!
