San Antonio Maternity Photographer – Shot at Canyon Lake
This photo session right here was my first session in San Antonio. Switching sites and hosts means I’m having to manually upload all my blogs all over again, not that I mind! I’m loving looking back at all the sessions I’ve shot this past year here in San Antonio, TX.
This lovely couple on pinterest through a photo I’d shot back in NJ.
Since I was new to the city and state, I had no idea of locations to shoot at. We had decided on a entirely different location but upon arrival I thought it was too crowded and since we still had quite a while until the sun set, we decided to head to Canyon Lake instead.
Canyon Lake is huge, with multiple areas for swimming, lots of trails and even residential areas. But I do believe that we found the perfect spot that complicated them so well. The open space and neutral, nature backdrop went so beautifully with the softness of her dress, making the overall feel of the shoot very dreamy and elegant.

Their newborn session was shot at my studio a couple of weeks later. I cannot wait to share it here on my blog 🙂
