A little late but better than never. Here’s baby Luke, the cutest little holiday baby ever.

I love shooting maternity sessions and feel like I have a distinct style with them. Whereas my newborn sessions are posy and cute – I feel like my maternity sessions have this realness about them. I’m actually so happy that I got to get the chance to really get creative with this beautiful couples session. I love the feel and the edits.
But back to this session here. This is baby Luke. First born of this beautiful family.
He was a very easy baby, I feel like I’ve been so lucky with the past couple of babies! They’re all such good sleepers. The holiday themed photo has to be my favorite of his session. Might just be the favorite of the year too! Isn’t it just so cute?
I absolutely love whites. And natural, simples poses. They are probably my favorites. Capturing babies just the way they are, without any major posing or the use of lots of props. So I was so happy when momma requested a white setup <3
